Notice of Scope & Application: This page outlines the complete terms, compliance mandates, and operational restrictions governing Mist Distributors LLC. These provisions supplement the primary guidelines established on our Policies, Terms and Conditions page and apply universally to all storefront interactions, wholesale accounts, and regulatory commitments.

1. Legal Compliance & Independent Operations Mist Distributors LLC operates solely under applicable federal, state, and local law, including ATF regulations, ITAR/EAR export controls, and Ohio commercial statutes. Mist Distributors is an independent business entity and does not share operations, authority, systems, or liability with any third party, including any unlicensed, unregistered, or non-incorporated business. Mist Distributors LLC does not authorize any external entity to act on Mist’s behalf, represent Mist, or access Mist’s systems, inventory, or customer information.

2. Firearm & Serialized Component Restrictions Mist Distributors ships firearms and serialized components (including lower receivers) only to licensed FFL dealers within the United States. Customers must provide the dealer’s name, business address, city and state, and a valid phone number. Mist independently verifies all FFL licenses before processing orders. Orders are not shipped until verification is complete. Mist Distributors ships domestically within the USA only.

3. Compliance Responsibility Customers, dealers, and partners are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding firearm components, assembly, downstream use, and resale. Mist Distributors does not provide legal advice and does not assume responsibility for compliance failures by any third party.

4. Regulatory Restrictions Certain products may be subject to ITAR, EAR, state restrictions, local prohibitions, age requirements, or licensing requirements. Customers are responsible for compliance in their jurisdiction. Mist Distributors does not authorize any third party to bypass or reinterpret these restrictions.

5. Operational Authority & Order Acceptance Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance. Mist Distributors reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at any time, including orders involving incorrect pricing, stock issues, suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or unverified licensing. Mist’s terms supersede any external purchase order terms, including those submitted by third parties.

6. Third-Party Access & Website Links Mist Distributors LLC is not responsible for third-party websites, external content, external privacy practices, or external business operations. Accessing external sites is at the customer’s own risk.

7. Privacy & Data Protection Mist Distributors collects only the information necessary to process orders and prevent fraud, including name, email, billing/shipping address, phone number, payment information, and account credentials (if created). Mist does not sell customer information and does not share customer data with unlicensed or unregistered third parties.

8. Returns, Refunds & Product Responsibility Mist Distributors accepts returns for defective products, manufacturing defects, fulfillment mistakes, and incorrect shipments. Mist does not accept returns for products damaged by misuse, modification, improper installation, or unauthorized assembly. Mist Distributors is not responsible for downstream use, assembly, modification, integration, combination of products, or any resulting legal or technical issues.

9. Reseller & Manufacturer Disclaimers Mist Distributors acts solely as a reseller for select brands. Mist is not responsible for manufacturer defects, design flaws, patent disputes, warranty claims, or product performance issues. All manufacturer warranties belong to the original manufacturer. Mist Distributors does not verify patent clearance and is not liable for patent infringement claims involving third-party products.

10. Intellectual Property All Mist branding, graphics, animations, product photography, and website content are the intellectual property of Mist Distributors LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

11. Affiliate Program Disclosure Mist Distributors may participate in affiliate programs and may earn commissions on qualifying purchases. Affiliate participation does not influence product recommendations, pricing, or descriptions. Mist does not authorize any unregistered or unlicensed business to participate in affiliate programs under Mist’s name

12. Historical Notice of Policy Availability

Mist Distributors LLC maintains these Terms, Conditions, and Operational Restrictions as part of its standard business policies. These policies have been in place since the initial launch of our website and have continuously governed Mist’s operations, compliance procedures, and customer interactions.

Due to routine platform updates, software changes, and third-party hosting limitations, certain policy pages may have experienced temporary display errors or accessibility interruptions. These technical issues did not alter, remove, or replace the underlying policies, which have remained active, enforced, and applicable at all times.

These policies apply universally to all customers, partners, and third parties, and Mist Distributors LLC has never authorized any external entity to operate under Mist’s name, access Mist’s systems, or conduct business on Mist’s behalf. Any such actions are unauthorized and prohibited.

Mist Distributors affirms that all compliance requirements, operational restrictions, and non-affiliation clauses contained herein have been part of Mist’s governing policies from the outset and continue to define Mist’s independent business operations, liability boundaries, and separation from any external or unlicensed entities.
